Why Do You Want to Be Staff?

Being friends with the people who setup the server, I really want to see it succeed especially sense so many hours, days, and the years it took to finally set it up. Its clear that they want it to succeed giving out updates quick and listening to the people I find is inspiring and makes me want this place to keep going.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

I am unbiased, handle minges basically immediately, extremely active, and always stay updated with the rules and the server itself.

Knowledge of Server Rules

Yes I understand the server rules, usually when it comes to minor offenses like lockpicking when not adverting or a purpose too or mic spamming. It's simple as just pull them away from the situation, explain what they did wrong, if it happens again you further the punishment more and more until it results in a higher offense.

Scenario Responses

1. A player is breaking rules but denies it when confronted. What do you do?
Check logs, if unable to confirm then observe after giving a verbal warning. If it keeps happening even when your not observing then they are likely abusing it still.

2. Two players are arguing in chat and it’s escalating. How do you handle it?
De-escalate if they keep talking over you just mute both of them, hear both sides if its about a rule being broken then investigate, if its them just harassing each other then tell them to take it privately or they can remain muted and warned for a certain period of time.

3. You witness another staff member abusing their powers. What do you do?
Record it, log it, send it to higher staff and report it.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths: I am unbiased, familiar with dark rp/ULX, used to always having netgraph to monitor lagging, love helping new players, very friendly.

Weaknesses: Sometimes get too emotional, sometimes need a break from gaming (1-2 days)
