Explain your motivation for applying and what you hope to contribute. - To be honest I wouldn't mind getting back into the Role of a Staff Member Staff After Not Being One in A while. I hope to spread what knowledge and advice I can whilst helping people who need it.

Knowledge of Server Rules

Do you understand the server rules? Give examples of how you would handle rule-breaking situations. - Let's say Timmy RDM'ed John 2 times. once john makes a ticket I would bring them both into a sit and ask them both some questions. for john I would ask "What's Going On and how Long Has He Been Doing This For?". For Timmy I would ask "What's Your Reason for Killing John?" I Would Listen to Them Both and Get Both Sides If the Story Before making any decision. after hearing them both out and making a decision to punish Timmy, I would jail him for the appropriate time and refund John for any lost items.

Scenario Responses

1. A player is breaking rules but denies it when confronted. What do you do? - Explain to them that you know that they were breaking the rules whilst explaining to them which rules they broke. if they keep Dening, it tells them that your sorry for the trouble and that you will be punishing them for what rules they broke as you know they broke the rules even if they deny it

2. Two players are arguing in chat and it’s escalating. How do you handle it? - Ask them to calm down and if they have any issue them to please talk to each other in game or via private messages. if they keep going bring them both into a sit and ask what's going on and try to deescalate the situation.

3. You witness another staff member abusing their powers. What do you do? - Gain proof of said abuse and report it to a higher up staff member.

Strengths: Can't Get annoyed by people that easily, always willing to help, wiling to learn, Doesn't judge people by how they sound or act
