List any past staff roles (server name, position, duration) and what you learned.: Triton RP i had staff multiple times and once i took it serious i got promoted to near their highest ranks i learned a lot about how to handle scenarios like people attempting to crash servers how to deal with repeat offenders and other situations.

Why Do You Want to Be Staff?

Explain your motivation for applying and what you hope to contribute. I am motivated to join since i helped in part to create the server and its easier for me to deal with minges or stuff like that on my own rather than hoping theres a staff online at the time. I will be on pretty regularly

What Makes You a Good Fit?

Describe your qualities, skills, and traits that would make you a strong staff member.: I am good with people very fair in my decisions. I explain to people their wrong doings and hope they learn from them aswell as teaching any newcomers. I can deescalate situations by bringing down tension. I can also help boost morale and bring a better experience for new people that join.

Knowledge of Server Rules

Do you understand the server rules? Give examples of how you would handle rule-breaking situations. I do understand the rules an i would handle any rule breaking in a fair and efficient manner.

Scenario Responses

1. A player is breaking rules but denies it when confronted. What do you do? confront them about it in a calm and fashioned manor and explain how the rule was broken.

2. Two players are arguing in chat and it’s escalating. How do you handle it? deescalate the situation and try to get them to come to a mutual understanding or prompt them to just leave one another be.

3. You witness another staff member abusing their powers. What do you do? Report it to the highest ranking staff on the server directly or the owners

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths: good with people, good at learning rules, can speak Spanish in the event of a bilingual issue, good at explaining and communication as well as team work, very straight forward, no favoritism. Good in high pressure situations like being the only staff on in a full server.

Weaknesses: I can be a bit too lenient on occasion and let people off with warnings but none that i can think of.
